send up to 4 address ON's. At sunrise, this unit will send the same                                                                                                                                     
4 signals but now OFF's. You determine the 4 sequential addresses and                                                                                                                                   
the value of light. Better than a calculation since it measures the                                                                                                                                     
actual light value (ie: overcast days). Can also be used as a mini                                                                                                                                      
controller(nobody does). Rejects (somewhat) internal light bulbs going
